The AI Summary is a generative AI-powered feature that sits within Creditsafe Business Reports. The AI Summary is designed to reduce the time required to understand a business report, surface the most relevant insights more quickly, and improve the overall experience of reviewing complex company information. By presenting key findings in clear, natural language, it helps users focus on what matters most and reach informed decisions more efficiently.

The information that is used in the AI Summary will be taken from information that is already available in a Company Report. Initially this will show as a paragraph, but can be expanded to show further information about different aspects of the report. 

The AI Summary will look at key areas within a Report, such as Financials, Payment Behaviour, Risks & Indicators and Negative Information. It will then analyse and correlate the information across these sections to highlight insights and provide users with a concise overview of the report. 

The information that is provided in the AI summary is not cached, so the AI summary might be slightly different every time you view it. The bot will always receive the same prompt to generate the summary, so the request will always be the same, regardless of what Company Report you are viewing.
