No supplier would be approved by the law society or HMT etc as it's not an accreditation that could be applied. Every customer Creditsafe has will have different AML requirements. Even the JMLSG guidelines will not approve any AML supplier, they just offer guidelines, then it is up to each organisation to go out and use a supplier that meets their individual requirements.

It’s important to note that our Supplier, GBG is also PCI compliant, which is a Security Standard and only given to reputable businesses. To achieve this standard is very detailed and lengthy process.

GBG is also ISO 27001 accredited.
