On the manage portfolio events screen, specific events can be chosen to apply to Sage 50 data by simply selecting them individually or by clicking “select all” at the top. This will update all of the Sage 50 linked fields and download a new version of the report PDF for the selected customer.

Grouping can be done for a date, company, event, old value and new value by dragging and dropping the column name into the “grouped by” section.
