Should the following message be displayed within the "History" of a "Lead Selection" then it indicates that one or all of the "API Credentials" configured within the Lead Generators "Configuration" are either invalid or the Salesforce User associated with the "API Username" and "API Password" is currently locked out:

In order to resolve this issue, your Salesforce System Administrator needs to revisit and update the "API Credentials" within the Lead Generators "Configuration" and ensure that all three of the following values are valid:

  • API Username
  • API Password
  • Security Token

Once valid credentials are entered and the configuration is saved the message should no longer be returned when importing from a Lead selection.
