Should the following message be displayed within Salesforce when attempting to save the Lead Generator's configuration, it indicates that there are some mandatory Creditsafe Fields which need to be mapped to a Salesforce Lead Field in order for the application to successfully operate:
In order to resolve this issue, your Salesforce System Administrator must ensure that the following Creditsafe Fields are mapped to a Salesforce Lead Field:
Lead Generator > Configuration > Data Mapping
- Account Name
- Contact First Name
- Contact Surname
Once the above Creditsafe Fields are mapped the message should no longer be displayed when saving the configuration.
