Should Creditsafe Connect ever return the following messaging then it indicates one of two things; either your Creditsafe Account Manager hasn't granted your Creditsafe Connect User access to said Country or you've depleted all of your allotted online reports for said Country:

Either way, you'll need to contact your Creditsafe Account Manager directly so that they can rectify this situation on your behalf.
