Yes, at some point during 2020 you will be required to move onto the new website. Once your country’s website is ready, you will be given a period of time where you’ll have the choice to move over to the new website. After this period we will be moving any remaining users over to the new website automatically. 

Once we have transferred each user over to the new website, the incumbent site will be retired with no ongoing support. Consequently, it will not be possible to remain on the old website once the new one is live. 

You will only be migrated to the new site when all of your existing products and features are available. Under no circumstances will you experience a loss of functionality.
