You will automatically be logged out of the Creditsafe platform after 4 hours of inactivity. 

Session expiry is incorporated into Creditsafe's system to safeguard users from session hijacking or cookie thefts. It's also to prevent people hopping onto your computer if you're away from your machine.

The requirement for users to login after 4 hours of inactivity is for safeguarding the systems information and is required for Data Security.
