You can also follow the steps below to learn more about Monitoring Exports: 

  • Navigate to Monitoring from the homepage of the Creditsafe platform 
  • Once you are in the Monitoring area, click on the Exports tab 
  • Any previous exports will show in the main body of the page. You can also see any scheduled exports there 
  • You can click on the cloud icon next to any previous exports to download them 


Create New Export 

  1. To create a new export, click on the green New Export button 
  2. Name your export (the name has to be unique for the portfolio exports)
  3. Select your portfolio 
  4. Add the email address(es). You can add multiple emails here by separating them with a comma 
  5. Select your Export type. You can have an immediate export or set up a scheduled export 
  6. If you are setting up a scheduled export, you will need to input your scheduling preferences
  7. The scheduling export details are: 
    • Start date 
    • Schedule frequency
  8. Select the file format of your export 
  9. Select your Companies you want to export. This can be all companies, or it can be companies that have had changes within a certain time period 
  10. Select the Data you want to export. It is recommended to export all data 
  11. Click on Confirm 
  12. You will be notified that the export has been created successfully 
  13. Your export will now appear in the body of the home page under the scheduled exports area 
  14. If you have requested an immediate export then you can refresh to monitor progress
  15. When the export is ready, it will show under the Previous Exports section



Edit Scheduled Export 

  1. You can also edit a scheduled export by clicking on the edit pencil next to the export name 
  2. You can edit the following details in the export settings: 
    • The selected Portfolio 
    • The email address(es) 
    • The export type 
    • Schedule dates 
    • Schedule period 
    • File format 
    • Companies to export 
    • Data to export 
  3. When you have made the relevant updates, click the green Confirm button to save changes
