To use Creditsafe services within Salesforce, you are required to Authenticate. The application uses OAuth 2.0, which allows Salesforce to request data from Creditsafe securely. It also means we do not store your user credentials anywhere within your Salesforce Org. 

To help protect you and your data, if you have have not interacted with the Creditsafe application for 15 days, you would need to re-authenticate manually.  Additionally, after 12-months, you will also need to do a re-authenticate. You can do this by via selecting the Sign In with Creditsafe button on the Settings.
