If you are manually matching a record (either via the Unmatched table on the Dashboard or via the Component on the Account record) and you get a red toast banner displaying ‘Error Unable to match. Please try again later’, this is likely due to the Mappings within the Search Field Mappings in the Settings tab.

Navigate to the Search Field Mappings and check whether you have any field being populated in two mapping fields as this is likely causing the error.

Removing one of the duplicate mapping fields will result in the search populating the list of companies that meet the criteria you have provided. Selecting a company report will provide the match.
