Using our matching algorithm, we match your Salesforce information provided against the Creditsafe database. You can then choose to append up to 32 data fields of up-to-date trusted company information to your Salesforce record [Account or Lead]. We offer data cleaning for businesses across 17 countries, with 32 data points available to append globally.

If you have enabled Data Cleaning and are not seeing records being updated, check the matching algorithm within the Settings. We have patterns ranging from strong exact matches to loose matches as we understand customers have different use cases. You may need to reduce the Matching Algorithm to a lower category.
