To send a new invitation to a customer, users are required to create a profile first before initiating an invite.


(If you just want to run a check on someone without issuing an invite or one of the pre-built journeys, choose the relevant check under "Create individual and run a check" - please note that only checks included in your subscription will be visible).

 

1. Click on ‘Add new’ in the top right of the portal. The invitation wizard will open where you will need to complete the                following steps.

2. Select the journey you would like the individual to complete.


5. Configure the journeys that you would like the individual to complete. You have the option to give your journey a unique        title to make it easier to search for e.g. Jane Doe's Enhanced AML


6. Select the contact methods for each of the individuals then click 'Create Invite'.


7.   Once you have created the invite, you will see the screen below where you are able to view the individual's profile or add        another journey.


If you have created an individual, but not continued to run a check or send an invitation, you will be able to initiate any of the available checks from within the individual’s profile. You can also do this when inviting an individual to complete a journey by selecting ‘Quick actions’, also found from within the individual’s profile.
