There are two ways to switch automatic monitoring on/off. This can be done from the monitoring platform or from a Company Report. 

To learn how to manage automatic monitoring from the Monitoring platform, please view this interactive demonstration. You can also follow the below steps:

1. In the Creditsafe company report page, navigate to the Monitoring platform 
2. On the top right hand side of the Monitoring platform you will see a toggle to switch Automatic Monitoring on/off 
3. Click on this to manage Automatic Monitoring on or off

To learn how to manage automatic monitoring from a Credit Report, please view this interactive demonstration, or follow the below steps: 

1. In the Creditsafe company report page, search for a company 
2. Click into the Company Report 
3. Click on the green Monitored/grey Monitor button on the right of the Company Report 
4. On the pop-up, click on the Automatic Monitoring toggle 
5. You will have confirmation that the Automatic Monitoring has been changed 
6. Close the window
