We encourage you to make sure that the other account using your email address is in fact an account you personally use. If it is not, please contact our support team to re-assign the account.

If you personally have two user accounts, then you can link them under a single login accessed with your email address login credentials. Before linking your accounts, you will be notified that this email address is already assigned to a user, and you will have the option to choose another email or link the account.

Please note that once an account is linked, this action cannot be undone.
