Guidance on how to create a Portfolio in Data Studio


Solution:

To create a new portfolio, click the “+ Create Portfolio” button at the top right-hand corner of the Portfolio List page. This will bring up a pop-up window where you can enter a name for the Portfolio. You will also need to input a Data Processing Reason, and can select if you would like to share the Portfolio with other people on your account. 

 


The Portfolio Name must be unique. If you try to use name of a Portfolio that already exists, you will be notified with an error message as shown below.
