How to Share a Portfolio in Data Studio.

Solution:

When creating or editing a Portfolio, you will have the option to Share this portfolio with all other users in your account. Shared users can view and update records within the Portfolio, but they cannot rename, delete or adjust the sharing settings for the Portfolio. You cannot share a Portfolio only to specific people.

To Share a Portfolio, in the create/edit screen, tick the ‘Share Portfolio’ box.
