Solution:

To access Customer Self Service, once you log into the platform click on the ‘My Account’ button on the top right corner. In the next screen, click on the User Management Tab. You will then be taken to the User Management area in the tool. 





To access Product Groups within Customer Self Service, Click on the Products & Services tab, then navigate to the Product Groups tab.
