Customer Self Service is a way for Creditsafe customers to manage their own users. Customers who have this enabled can create and edit their own users. You also manage what Products users have access to and manage the usage amounts for them. 

Customers with Federated Login (also known as single-sign on) will have some differences in functionality when using Customer Self Service. Please view this article for more information.
