Answer:
The user permissions that can be assigned in Customer Self Service are designed around the user in question being able to view or manage other users.
The following user permissions are available:
Account Owner
This user has full permissions to edit users and groups in your Creditsafe customer account, and they are considered the owner of the account. This user type can also view usage of other users in the account via the Usage Statistics component.
Please note: you can only have one Account Owner in your customer account.
Account Admin
This user will also have full permissions to edit users and groups, but they are not considered an owner of the account. This user type can also view usage of other users in the account via the Usage Statistics component.
View Account Usage
This user type can view usage of other users in the account via the Usage Statistics component.
No Permissions assigned
This user will have full access to the services added for them in their account via groups but cannot see any other user’s information in your customer account or control any configuration settings.
If you would like to change the access users have to specific products, this can be done by managing Product Groups.
