Answer:
When uploading a batch import file into global Monitoring, different countries have different requirements. To import there either needs to be a Safe Number or a Connect ID in Column 1, or a Reg Number and a two-digit country code in columns 2 and 3. Some countries are going to appear in more than one category.
These are the countries that have connect ID in column 1 and countries that have a safe number in column 1.
Company Identifier - Connect Id in Column 1 countries:
BA, BG, CN, CZ, EE, GR, HR, HU, LV, MD, ME, MK, PL, PT, RO, RS, SI, SK, UA, XK
Company Identifier - Safe Number in Column 1 countries:
AF, AT, AU, BE, CA, CH, DE, DK, ES, FI, FR, IE, IT, JP, KH, KR, LA, LI, LU, MZ, MY, NL, NO, SE, TH, UK, US, VN, WW
The next list of countries below are ones which can be imported by Registration Number in column 2 and country code in column 3. If the country is not listed below, it is probably importable on the equivalent of a registration number for that country, usually the organisation number or internal number if its supplier based.
Company Identifier - Registration number in column 2 and country code in column 3:
AT, AU, BE, CN, DE, DK, ES, FR, GB, GR, IT, JP, LU, NL, NO, SE, US.
The others:
PL & COFACE countries will use organisation number as registration number
PLC/WW doesn't work at all.
AF, KH, LA, MZ, MY, TH, VN use safe number as company identifier so not able to use reg or org number.
CH, LI, KR uses org number, we don’t have registration numbers available.
