You can also follow the below steps to navigate through a Portfolio:

  1. Log into the Creditsafe Platform and navigate to Data Studio
  2. Once you are in Data Studio, click on your selected portfolio
  3. The portfolio records will show in the main body of the page. The records you will see here is data taken from the Creditsafe universe
  4. Tick the “Show All Data” box to display the input data for each of the records. This way you can see the input data versus the Creditsafe data
  5. Click into a record to see further details of the record and match information
  6. Click on “Back to Records” to navigate back to the main portfolio list
  7. The record columns are below:
    • Cleansed Address: This is the address from the Creditsafe database
    •  Safe Number: This is the Safe Number for the business. If you click on this number, you will be taken to the Company Report for this business
    • Reference ID: This is for if you have added any reference information to the record
    • Match Confidence: This column has the match rating based on the input data that was provided
    • Date Added & Last Modified: These are the dates when the record was added and last modified
  8. The Input Data section has the data that was inputted when creating the Portfolio records
  9. The Customer Data section has any specific data that the customer has added to the records, such as Annual Contract Value
  10. You can use the search bar to search for specific records in the Portfolio
  11. You can also filter results in your portfolio by the Match Confidence Score
  12. Clicking on the Unmatched Records tab will take you to all of the unmatched records in the portfolio. These are records that couldn’t be matched to Creditsafe data based on the input information
  13. The Import/Export tab across the top of the portfolio is where you can mass upload or extract portfolio data
  14. The Portfolio Health tab is where you can identify any duplicates and see your match summary. You can re-scan for duplicates or re-run your matching here
  15. The Insights and Enrichments tabs are where you can view and create Portfolio Insights and Enrichments
  16. The Schedules tab is where your Scheduled Insights or Enrichments will show. You can edit the scheduling here
  17. The Settings tab is where you can configure your Match Accuracy settings. It is defaulted to Relaxed
