Screening reports are crucial for maintaining regulatory compliance, providing an audit trail, and supporting due diligence efforts. To document your screening and ensure compliance, you can download a report of the search performed and its results. The report is generated in PDF format and contains details of the search criteria, along with a summary of all search results. These results are categorized as open hits, true matches, and false positives.
To download the screening report, locate the ‘Download Summary Report’ or ‘Download Full Report’ button at the bottom left of the screening results.
- Download Summary Report- This generates an instant PDF file that contains the screening criteria and a summary of all hits against it.
- Download Full Report- This creates a request to publish a PDF file that contains the screening criteria and the full hit profile/detailed information of each hit against it. On click of the button, you will be redirected to Reports page with the ‘AML Screening’ tab open. The table lists all the Screening reports ordered. Once the report is ready to download, click the download icon to save it in your system.
To include only selected hits on the screening report, select the hits to be included via checkboxes and click the relevant button.
To download a detailed report that contains all information on the hit (source, AML Categories, etc.), click the download icon at the end of the corresponding search result.
