Guidance on the archiving options for Data Cleaning jobs in Salesforce

Solution: 

If you do not manually archive any of your Data Cleaning jobs in Salesforce, these will automatically be archived after 14 days. However, if you would like to archive your Data Cleaning jobs on an ad-hoc basis, you can do this either by bulk, or individually. 

Archiving Individual Jobs: 

In the Salesforce Dashboard, you can see your daily Data Cleaning jobs. You can archive these individually if you need to. Follow the steps below to do this:

1. Scroll down to the Data Cleaning job you want to archive 
2. Click the View Details button 
3. In the details, click Archive Job 
4. This will archive the job 

Bulk Archiving: 

To archive Data Cleaning jobs in bulk, please follow the below steps: 

1. Click on the settings tab 
2. Within the settings, click on Bulk Archive 
3. Select how old jobs should be before they should be archived
4. Click Bulk Archive
