Solution: 

To update your Monitoring alerts in Salesforce, please follow the below steps: 

1. In the dashboard, navigate to the Monitoring tab 
2. Select your Monitoring Portfolio
3. Click on the Email Alerts tab 
4. In the Select Email Frequency you would like, you can configure this to be either daily or weekly 
5. You can also switch off your Monitoring emails if you would not like to receive these 
6. Click Save
