How to Clean Your Data: Step-by-Step: 


It is recommended to follow the below steps to ensure your data is ready for the migration. 


  1. Review Existing Records 
    • Access the Compliance Search > Ongoing Monitor 
    • Export your current Person and Business records as CSV files 
  2. Update or Remove Outdated Information 
    • Use the provided Refresh Templates to update the records you want to keep 
    • Use the Delete Templates to remove unwanted records 
  3. Re-upload Clean Files 
    • Re-upload your updated CSVs into Compliance Search using the Refresh or Delete function 


Any records not included in the refresh upload will be deleted automatically.

Person & Business Refresh Templates: For updating existing records 


Person & Business Delete Templates: For removing outdated or irrelevant records 


Test Your Data Migration (Optional) 


You can nominate your organisation for a test migration to preview how your data will look in KYC Protect. This is optional but highly recommended.
