Yes, users may notice an initial influx of alerts on the first day of the migration as records are transferred to KYC Protect. Additionally, you may see another peak in alerts after the first monitoring cycle runs within the new platform. This is expected and is part of the system recalibrating to the new monitoring parameters.


 For alerts generated by migrated records we recommend that you wait 24 hours after the migration is complete to take action on any alerts, as some may be updated by the overnight monitoring.
