There can be several reasons that you do not receive Monitoring alerts, we would recommend following the below steps to see if you can diagnose the issue yourself: 



If you are a Connect customer, please also review the below: 

  • The 'frequency' in the portfolios table - if this is 0, then alerts will not be sent. This value needs to be updated to 1 or 2 to activate email notifications. For more guidance regarding Connect, please view our Connect API Documentation
