There can be several reasons that you do not receive Monitoring alerts, we would recommend following the below steps to see if you can diagnose the issue yourself:
- Check your spam and junk folders
- Ask your IT department to whitelist the following two emails: monitoring@creditsafe.com and xxxx@eu-west-1-amazonses.com
- Check your Monitoring Rules for the Portfolio. For more guidance on this, please view this article
- Confirm there is at least one recipient for the Monitoring Portfolio and confirm that these email addresses are correct
- Confirm that there is at least one company assigned to the Monitoring Portfolio
If you are a Connect customer, please also review the below:
- The 'frequency' in the portfolios table - if this is 0, then alerts will not be sent. This value needs to be updated to 1 or 2 to activate email notifications. For more guidance regarding Connect, please view our Connect API Documentation.
