You can also follow the below steps to delete a Key Party:

1. Navigate to the Compliance are in Salesforce
2. In the list of Profiles, select the profile you would like to delete the Key Party from 
3. Click on the View button of the Key Party that you would like to delete 
4. You will get a pop up to see further information on the Key Party 
5. Click on the red Delete button 
6. Click on Confirm 
7. The Key Party will now be deleted
