The Uploads feature streamlines bulk actions by allowing users to upload CSV files for large-scale profile creation, AML screenings, and deletions. Batch uploads improve efficiency, saving time and maintaining data accuracy with built-in validation checks. This section also tracks upload statuses and provides downloadable error logs, enabling compliance teams to manage high volumes of data while ensuring consistency across the system.
You can perform the following actions via the batch upload function:
- Create new profiles, including key parties and UBOs.
- Create new key parties (director/shareholder) and add to existing profiles
- Create new UBOs and add to existing profiles
- Create new AML screening searches, link to a profile and add to AML Monitoring
- Delete existing profiles and all its associated key parties, UBOs, searches and alerts
