On your contract renewal date, KYC Protect will now automatically calculate and recharge all active monitoring schedules: 1 credit per AML Monitoring record.
This ensures that every monitored record is funded for the upcoming cycle without manual intervention.
Before renewing, the system automatically verifies the credit balance:
- If sufficient credits exist then all records are fully recharged
- If insufficient credits exist 7 days before the renewal date the following will happen:
- Customers receive a reminder email using the email address from KYC Protect Preferences. If there are no email addresses in Preferences, then this will be sent to the main account email
- A reminder is also sent on the renewal date
- If this fails, daily alerts are sent up to a grace period of 30 days (or until sufficient credit is added, whichever falls first)
- After the grace period, if no credit is added, then adding new monitoring records is blocked, but existing monitoring continues
