In the local rules in Global Monitoring, you can set rules so that you are notified when there are drops to Scores or Credit Limits.

For the Score and Credit Limit fields, if you input a value, you will be notified when the score/limit has dropped by the value you have provided, and not the lower limits of what you want to be notified of.

For example, if you have set a score to drop by 10 points you will be notified when if the score has dropped by 10 points or more. Below is s further explanation of this:

  • If the score has dropped by 10 points - e.g. 80-70 you will be notified
  • A second drop in 10 points - e.g. 70-60 - would trigger another alert
  • A drop that is below the points specified in the settings wouldn't trigger an alert  - e.g. 60-55

The same applies for Credit Limits. If you set the limit to drop by a value - e.g. 1000 - then you will be notified when there are drops in the Credit Limit that are above the value provided. Below are some examples:

  • If a Credit Limit dropped from 10,000 to 9,000 you will be notified
  • If it dropped again from 9,000 the 8,000 then you would receive another alert
  • If it dropped from 8,000 to 7,500 then you would not be alerted
