How to Install HubSpot (Creditsafe Connector)


(Business Intelligence Plus)

1. Complete the Mapping Sheet

Before installation, you must complete the required mapping sheet, which tells SoftSales how your HubSpot fields should link to Creditsafe data.

  • Download and fill in the mapping sheet.
  • Email it to databridge@softsales-consulting.com.
  • SoftSales will return a SoftSales ID — this is required for installation.


2. Install the Connector

Once you have the SoftSales ID:


Go to the installation URL

Production install link:
https://www.creditsafe.com/hubspot/production/install.html


Login & authenticate

You will be asked to log in using:

  • Your Creditsafe API username & password
  • Your SoftSales ID


3. Choose the HubSpot Account

HubSpot allows multiple accounts inside one login.
When prompted, select the HubSpot account where you want the Creditsafe connector installed.


4. Installation Completes Automatically

Once authenticated:

  • The connector is deployed into the chosen HubSpot account.
  • Creditsafe properties, mapping configuration, and company-matching tools become available immediately.


(Optional) If You're Migrating From the Old Italian Connector


1. Export your data

Inside HubSpot: CRM → Companies → Export


2. Uninstall the old connector

HubSpot Settings → Integrations → Connected Apps → Creditsafe app → Actions → Uninstall


3. Install the new connector

Follow the installation process listed above.
