Monitoring alerts appear inside HubSpot once a company has been added to monitoring. You can view them from the Creditsafe Monitoring area within each company record.
1. Open the Company Record
Go to CRM → Companies, then select the company you want to check.
Inside the record, HubSpot displays all Creditsafe‑related monitoring fields.
2. Navigate to the “Credit Safe Monitoring” Tab
Once inside the company, locate the Credit Safe Monitoring section (usually on the left menu or the main panel depending on your layout).
This area shows:
- Whether monitoring is enabled
- The Monitoring Rule that triggered (e.g., credit score change, limit change)
- The Event Date
3. Look at the Monitoring Properties
If you prefer to inspect the raw values:
- Click Actions → View all properties.
- Search for:
- Monitoring
- Monitoring Rule
- Event Date
These fields will display:
- Which alert occurred
- When it occurred
- That the company is currently monitored
What Monitoring Alerts Look Like
When an alert has triggered, you’ll see:
- Monitoring = Yes
- Monitoring Rule = [Event name] (e.g., “Credit Limit Change”)
- Event Date = [Timestamp]
If No Alerts Are Showing
If the monitoring section appears empty, check:
1. Is the company added to monitoring?
- Actions → Add to Portfolio
- OR set Monitoring = Yes in properties
2. Has the company actually triggered an alert?
Monitoring only displays events when Creditsafe detects a change.
