A company in HubSpot is one of the CRM’s core data objects — it represents a business entity 'record' that you interact with, such as a customer, prospect, supplier, or lead.
What a Company Record Contains
A HubSpot company record holds structured information (called properties) about that business. These properties include:
- Company Name
- Address, City, Country
- Phone
- Domain
- Registration details
- Financial or risk data (if enriched via Creditsafe)
After a match to a Creditsafe company, HubSpot automatically populates additional mapped fields such as:
- Safe Number
- Credit Score
- Credit Limit
- International Score
- Registration Date
- Company Status
