When monitoring companies globally, you may notice that fields such as Credit Score or Credit Limit appear as “Unavailable” for certain countries. The reason for this is that some countries have different rules regarding this data, and there can also be incompatible formatting between the Company Reports and how Global Monitoring can display the data.
Typically, this is how we expect to see Score information in Monitoring:

However, sometimes the score will show like the below, with the Score showing as Unavailable:

This information is still available to view in the Company Report.

In certain markets, financial data points such as credit scores and credit limits may not be available within your Portfolio in Monitoring. However, you will still receive notifications and events related to credit scores and credit limits for companies in these countries. The scores and limits will be available in the Company Reports.
