In the Salesforce Dashboard, click on the Settings tab
In the settings area, click on the Field Mapping tab
From here, you can start setting your matching and enrichment parameters
In the top part of the mapping, you can configure the following:
- Minimum Match Algorithm - If you have a lower match algorithm the match results may not be as accurate, but you may get more match results
- Job Frequency - The job will run on the hour of the next hour which you finalise your mapping. If you run this job on a schedule then it will run at the same time every schedule. If you add more batch uploads of Salesforce Accounts, then these will run on the next hour after they have been uploaded.
- Example: If you set data cleaning to run weekly on a Monday at 2pm, then this batch will always run on a Monday at 2pm. If you add a new batch of records on a Wednesday at 1pm, then this batch will always run on a Wednesday at 1pm.
- Error Reporting Email
After you have set the job settings, you can configure your field Mappings. There are three tabs which you can configure mappings in. These are:
- Matching
- Enrichment: Account
- Enrichment: Lead
