For guidance on finding Data Cleaning Jobs in Salesforce, please view this interactive demonstration. You can also follow the steps below. 


  1. In the Salesforce dashboard, scroll down to the Data Cleaning area 
  2. The list of data cleaning jobs can be found in the dashboard 
  3. On the top of the Data Cleaning list on the right-hand side, you can use the drop-down box to select whether you want to search by a Job ID or Job Name
    • If you have had a enrichment batch error email, the Job ID will be in the email subject line, or if you know part of the job name, you can use this to search 
  4. Input your search criteria and press Enter
  5. Your Data Cleaning job list will be updated with your search results
  6. To see further details of a job, click the View Details button on the job table 
  7. In the pop-up, you can see further information about the job, and a link to download the enrichment file 
  8. Click Close to exit the pop-up
