Teams is a feature that has been integrated into KYC Protect so that organisations are able to separate users, data and permissions into different groups within a single KYC Protect account. Users can be added to several teams, and switch between them to see the profiles and data that lies within them.

Users can be assigned different permissions per team, meaning accesses can be granted at a granular level. To learn how to create a team in KYC Protect, please view this article.

Initially, a default team will be created for each customer, and all Profiles will be assigned to a default team. Customers can then create new teams, assign users to them and create profiles in the relevant teams if they want to.

If no new teams are created, all users will be assigned to the default with the user roles that they have been assigned. For more information about assigning user roles, please view this article.
