The reason Creditsafe slowly starts giving credit to companies who have been in a CVA is because they entered a CVA due to them being unable to meet there creditors obligations. Therefore Creditsafe takes this into consideration when scoring a company that has recently completed a CVA.
For the period of the CVA a Licensed Insolvency Practitioner would have been facilitating the payments to the creditors.
Creditsafe's role is to protect its customer therefore we simply look at the position of the company and any recent information we hold on a company which has impacted the company's ability to trade as usual.
