You can access your Account Usage by logging in and clicking on My Account in the top right-hand corner, then selecting Products & Services.

Here you will have the option to search through your usage history by product.

There is also the option to view your usage by Date Range, Product/Country and the Searched Name under the Usage Statistics tab.
