Check & Decide has introduced the ability for basic users to add notes on referred decisions. This enhancement allows basic users to contribute additional context or information which will assist senior users during their review and decision-making process.


  • Basic users can now add notes to any referred decision outcome. This feature enables them to provide valuable insights or comments relevant to the decision.
  • The added notes will be visible to senior users, helping them to make more informed decisions based on the additional information provided.
  • Basic users can navigate to the relevant referred decision, enter their note in the designated field, and submit it.


You can follow the below steps to add a note onto a referred decision: 

  1. Log into the Creditsafe Platform and navigate to Check & Decide
  2. Click on the Referred Decisions/Decision History option on the left menu bar
  3. Locate your referred decision, click the downward chevron to open the decision details 
  4. Scroll to the notes box 
  5. Add your note 
  6. Click the Add Note button 
  7. The note will now show in the Decision Updates section
