As Acuris are decommissioning the Compliance Search service it is not optional to migrate to KYC Protect. This is to ensure there are no interruptions to your compliance coverage. Users can choose not to migrate their records to the new system if they wish to start afresh, however, we recommend that you email this instruction to your Account Manager. Otherwise, all monitored records will be transferred to KYC Protect. We strongly recommend that you remove and update any records currently in Compliance Search to ensure the data is current. This will also ensure that you do not incur additional charges should you change the data parameters in the new system – triggering a new search or record.
