You can also follow the below steps to configure permissions: 

  1. In the Salesforce dashboard, click on the settings cog on the top right corner 
  2. Choose the Setup option 
  3. In the Setup area, click the Users option on the left menu. This will open a collapsing menu, click the Users option again 
  4. You will be taken to the list of users 
  5. Select your user 
  6. In the user profile, scroll down to the Permission Set Assignments 
  7. Click Edit Assignments 
  8. In the list of permission sets you can assign to the user, select one of the three KYC Protect user roles. These are Creditsafe App - KYC User, Creditsafe App - KYC Read Only or Creditsafe App - KYC Admin. For more guidance on these user permissions, please view this article
  9. Once you have assigned the permission, click Save 
  10. The permission will now be assigned
